Tenders will be opened at 3-30 PM on the same day. In case Holiday is declared, same will be opened on the next
working day. Conditions and tender forms can be had from this office on payment, as mentioned above up to 4 PM on
all working days on production of proof of satisfying eligibility conditions and Valid Chartered Accountant certificate
etc. Sale of tender forms shall be closed at 4 PM on 23-November -2009
3. The cost of tender form is to be paid by cash to the Accounts Officer (Cash) BSNL Electrical Division-I, Hyderabad
4. The Tender documents can also be downloaded from the web site www.ap.bsnl.co.in . The Tenderers who download
document from the website are required to enclose the cost of the tender form i.e. Rs 169/- in the form of DD along
with the tender.
5. The Tenderer shall submit the tenders in two sealed covers marked as Cover 1st and 2nd.
6. The 1st cover should contain the following:
i). Earnest Money Deposited in the form of DD/ PO of scheduled Bank or a Nationalized Bank,
ii). Cost of the tender documents in the form of DD
iii). The Credentials of the Tenderer self attested and certified by any BSNL Executive. If not certified
by BSNL Executive then original documents shall be produced at the time of opening.
7. The EMD and cost of the application shall be drawn in favour of Accounts officer (cash), BSNL Electrical division-I,
Hyderabad, and the second cover should contain tender document. In case the 1st cover is not annexed or earnest
money / Cost of application is not in proper form or after verification of credentials contained in the cover and if found
not eligible or incomplete, the second cover containing tenders will not be opened and such tenders will be summarily
rejected. |
