Tender details :
1 Mode of payment Tender document can be purchased from SUB DIVISIONAL ENGINEER (MM) O/o GMTD Godhara or The Tender document can be downloaded from web site www.gujarat.bsnl.co.in .
2 Tender document can be had from SDE (MM) O/o GMTD Godhra, 3rd floor, Telephone exchange, Civil lines Road Godhra. Between 10:00 hours to 13:00 hours up to 05-12-2009 (on all working days)
3 Time & last date for submission of bid Up to 15:00 hours on dated 07-12-2009
4 Date & Time of tender opening At 15:30 hours on dated 07.12.2009 in the chamber of DE (PLG.) O/o GMTD Godhra.
5 Security Deposit –1 10% of Estimated Cost or 7.5% of Estimated cost if EMD is converted into SD
6 Material Security Deposit –2 DELETED
1. Tender document which are not accompanied by the requisite bid security (EMD) shall be summarily rejected.
2. Tender will not be accepted/received after expiry date & time
3. All copy of documents submitted should be attested by gazatted officer / executive of BSNL / Notary
4. GMTD Godhra reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of tender without assigning any reason (s) whatsoever it may be
5. If the tender opening date will be declared as a holiday the tender will be opened on next working day time and venue will remain unaltered
6. If tender document is downloaded from internet than bidder must submit the DD of Rs 500/- in favor of AO (Cash), BSNL Godhra in token of purchase of tender document in separate cover or the DD should be enclosed along with DD of Bid security. Bid received without DD will not be considered at all.
7. The bidder who want to use the down loaded tender form are requested to give their Name, Address & Telephone number for further correspondence if any
8. (Separate Tender document should be submitted for separate ROUTE ) (Deleted)
9. Tender Sent by Post / Courier will not be entertained & will not be accepted

Whether Certificate regarding no near relative working in BSNL (In case of proprietorship firm certificate will be given by the proprietor, for partnership firm certificate will be given by all the partners and or in case of limited company by the Director of the Company.) is submitted or otherwise.
Whether the documents attached along with Tender is attested by Gazetted Officer/BSNL Executive/Notary
