Minimum 5 Years of experience of manufacturing similar equipment / items i.e. Bridge plug, Cement Retainer, Wire line Adapter kit & Setting tools etc. as applicable. ( For this purpose the period reckoned shall be the period prior to the date of opening of the techno-commercial bid.) b. Should have manufactured and supplied minimum 22 Nos. of 5 ½” bridge plug, 05 Nos. of 7” bridge plug, 03 Nos. of 9-5/8” bridge plug for quoting for Bridge Plugs of 5 ½”, 7 ” & 9-5/8” respectively along with 01 No. of each of the similar mechanical setting tool and wire-line adapter kit and minimum 02 Nos. each of 5-½” cement retainers, 7” cement retainers, 9-5/8” cement retainers for quoting for Cement Retainers of 5 ½”, 7” & 9-5/8” respectively to companies which are in the business of exploration & production and/or refining and /or processing of hydrocarbons during the last 5 (five) years reckoned from the date of techno-commercial bid opening. Documentary evidence in respect of the above should be submitted in the form of relevant Purchase Orders along-with copies of any of the documents in respect of satisfactory execution of each of those Purchase Orders, such as (i) Satisfactory Inspection Report (OR) (ii) Satisfactory supply completion/installation report (OR) (iii) Consignee Receipted Delivery Challans (OR) (iv) Central Excise Gate Pass/Tax Invoices issued under relevant rules of Central Excise/VAT (OR) (v) any other documentary evidence that can substantiate the satisfactory execution of each of the purchase orders cited above. 2) In case the bidder is not a manufacturer, then the bidder is required to submit documentary evidence in respect of the above (a) & (b) of the concerned manufacturer (having supplied such items either by manufacturer himself or his distributor), along with Techno-commercial Bid. Other details: Bidders will have the option of purchasing tender documents from the Selling centre as per prevailing practice (or) downloading the tender document within the time specified for the sale of the tender documents and use the same for participating in the tender. But, the bidders downloading the tender document from the website should ensure to submit applicable tender fee (in original ) so as to reach the tender inviting work centre ( GM-In Charge MM, Western Onshore Basin, Shed No. 22-B, Regional Stores, ONGC, Vadodara,India-390009 ) before the deadline specified for tender sale along-with confirmation on major qualifying criteria (MQC)/ Pre Qualification Criteria(PQC) which will be acknowledged by ONGC by issuing Request For Quotation (RFQ) Nos. specific to the tender and bidder through fax/e-mail. Bidders downloading the tender document for participation in the tender will have to submit the original documents with the offer( which will be signed subsequently by ONGC’s official).
