The bidder is required to submit a notarized copy of EPF registration certificate B: Bidder shall be registered with Service Tax department and they should furnish the notarized copy of certificate of registration Blank tender documents can be had from the Office of Superintending Engineer (Civil), Tender Cell, 3rd floor, ONGC, Avani Bhavan, Chandkheda between 14.00Hrs to 16.00Hrs on working days on payment of requisite tender fees (non-refundable) for each work, as mentioned above in the form of Crossed Demand Draft or Pay Order of any Nationalised Scheduled Bank, drawn in favour of F&AO, ONGC, Ahmedabad, alongwith the application for each works, separately. Contractors should attach copies of Relevant Certificate, Solvency Certificate of any Nationalised/Scheduled Bank, Balance sheet and profit & loss account issued from Registared Charted Accountant, Experience Certificate of Civil works from Central or state Govt.Semi Govt. Department,PAN Card, PF Code No., Partnership Deed, Power of Attorney, Sales Tax Registration certificate and Service Tax Registration Certificate along with application failing which the tender documents will not be issued. All original documents to be produced for verification at the time of issue of tender. OR Tender can be obtained on furnishing an undertaking that the bidder meets the EQR as specified in the NIT Tender Document. LAST DATE OF APPLICATION 24-11-09 .
