Eligibility of bidder.:- Indian companies registered to manufacture the tendered item or duly authorized by the manufacturer to supply the equipment. Following documents are required to be submitted along with the bid 1. Copy of Registration/Authorization from manufacture of equipment offered. 2. Certificate of incorporation 3. Article of memorandum of Association or partnership deed. 4. Current and valid Sales Taxes Registration Certificate. 5. Proof of minimum turnover of Rs.30 lakhs for the past three years. 6. ISO 9001 certificate of the company manufacturing the offered Product. Bid security of Rs.26,125/- should be furnished in the form of Bank Guarantee from Any nationalized Bank or crossed Demand Draft, Drawn on any Scheduled Bank and payable at Surat, in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash) BSNL PGMTD, Surat or may be paid in Cash to A.O (Cash) O/o PGMTD, Door Sanchar Bhavan, Ghod Dod Road, Karimabad, Surat 305 001. Intending Bidders may obtain copy of Bid document from SDE ( MM ). O/o. PGMTD, 4th Floor, Door Sanchar Bhavan, Ghod Dod Road, Karimabad, Surat -395 001 on payment of Rs. 500/-(Rs. Five Hundred Only) Non refundable, with effect from 04-11-2009 to 26-11-2009,.between 15.00 Hrs. to 17.00 Hrs. on working days. The payment will be accepted either in Cash or in the form of Crossed Demand Draft Drawn on any Scheduled Bank, in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL O/o PGMTD, Door Sanchar Bhavan, Ghod Dod Road, Karimabad, Surat 305 001. The complete set of bid documents is available on the web site of Gujarat Telecom Circle ( www.gujarat.bsnl.co.in ) and the down loaded copy shall be considered valid for participation in the tender process. How ever such bidders shall have to pay the requisite amount, cost of tender document by demand draft in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash),BSNL, O/o Pr. GMTD Surat, payable at Surat with submission of the bid document. Bid received without bid document fees ( Rs.500/-), will not be considered at all and will not be opened. PGMTD, Surat reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage without any notice .
