If crossed DD/Bankers cheque/pay orders received towards Bid security are not payable at Mehsana, the tender shall not be considered as a valid tender. 4 Eligibility: - The prospective bidder should satisfy following conditions by producing self attested copies of certificates /documentary evidence having a. Current enlistment /registration certificate valid up to date of opening of NIT (Bid), as a contractor with the R & B/ BSNL/MTNL/DOT/ any Central / State Govt. Department/PSU/Government funded Autonomous bodies OR Experience of successful completion of similar work i.e. cable laying/Trenching/water or drainage pipe line in any Government Department/PSU/Government funded Autonomous bodies during any one year between 2004-05 to 2008-09 amounting to Rs.5 lacs.or 20 km of work. The certificate issued by the authority equivalent to DE / AGM or above level only will be recognized. OR Degree /Diploma in civil Engineer OR enlistment as Business Associate of BSNL for Mehsana SSA and trained at RTTC Ahmedabad in his own name. b. He should hold valid Service Tax Registration in favour of the Firm. c. He should submit Sales Tax registration certificate with VAT & C.S.T no. in favour of the firm, if applicable. If not applicable he shall have to give undertaking to submit it before execution of agreement. d. He should submit valid EPF Registration in favour of Firm, if applicable. If not readily available then he shall have to give undertaking to submit it by the time of execution of agreement positively.
