i) Last date of receipt of application (in prescribed format) for participation in tender 7/11/2009 (upto
16:00 Hrs).
ii) Last date of issue of tender forms up to 16:00 hours on 10/11/2009.
iii) In case the tender document is down loaded from the website, the applicant will submit his
credentials required to establish his eligibility and work experience conditions to the
O/o Executive Engineer(C) ,BSNL Civil Division-I,Ahmedabad before the last date of
receipt of application as at Para (i) above.
iv) The list of eligible tenderers shall be displayed on website : www.gujarat.bsnl.co.in on 9/11/2009
(only eligible tenderer as displayed on web site shall be permitted to quote rates / percentage and
submit tenders. The tenders of ineligible tenders, whose name are not displayed on the web shall be
rejected and shall not be opened).
v) Tenders from eligible tenderers will be received by the Executive Engineer, BSNL, Civil Division –I
Ahmedabad upto 15:00 Hrs. on dated 11/11/2009 and will be opened by him or his authorized
representative on the same day at 15:30 Hrs.
vi) Tender will be issued to eligible contractors provided they produce proof of service tax registration
and EPF registration with the appropriate authority as per statuary order.
I) Subject to the above eligibility conditions, tenderers will be allowed to participate for quoting the
rates.
II) Tender documents with additional conditions / correction slips and schedule of quantities / other
schedules can be downloaded from website www.gujarat.bsnl.co.in The cost of tender (non
refundable) may be submitted along with EMD in the same manner as specified. |
